Iran says a memorandum with the US is nearly finalised. Tehran calls it a deal based on equality, but also warns that Israel is trying to sabotage it. One of the major points of the memorandum is a ceasefire across all fronts, including Lebanon. The nuclear issue would only be discussed in a second phase, after the current deal with the US is implemented. The US declassifies a confirmation that Washington funded biological laboratories in Ukraine including ones storing especially dangerous pathogens - which the Biden administration had staunchly denied for years.
